5 Classes - 1 Class A Week (5 Weeks Program), providing you time to absorb the information from each class, consider your options and create your unique birth and breastfeeding plan with personalised guidance. Perfect for those women who are less than 30 weeks pregnant at the start of the course.

 

Module 1 - Preparing for birth and breastfeeding

Module 2 - Birth choices and why they matter

Module 3 - How to establish breastfeeding

Module 4 - How to sustain breastfeeding

Module 5 - Preventing painful nipple trauma

Consultation - One-hour consultation post birth to support you with your breastfeeding

 

Cancellation Policy

Private sessions can be rescheduled once without any additional charges. If the same session is rescheduled for a second time £20 rescheduling fee will be applicable. If a group session is missed, we may add you to another group session; this is dependent on availability. This cancellation policy is reviewed from case to case and can be excused after reviewing the clients' circumstances.

Before becoming a mother, I knew I wanted to breastfeed my child but I had no idea

💬 Before becoming a mother, I knew I wanted to breastfeed my child but I had no idea if the limited information I was coming across was enough or correct to help me get going. I was under the assumption that breastfeeding is something that would just happen or come to me naturally but boy am I glad I didn’t end up in the deep end!
I decided to help myself in the best possible way & embarked onto the beautiful breastfeeding programme with Nida. I was amazed at how much information I learnt from each session and felt very ready before my due date.
After giving birth, I was able to breastfeed successfully and my baby initially lost very little amounts of weight (as expected) and then very quickly started thriving! Impletenting the techniques taught to me ensured my baby was well-fed and content and this definately helped us get into good feeding stretches from early on.

I am incredibly grateful to Nida for the coaching and continued support she still provides til date.

As a mother, being able to breastfeed your child and witness them smiling with content and comfort is truly rewarding and empowering.
