from 13 reviews💬 Before becoming a mother, I knew I wanted to breastfeed my child but I had no idea if the limited information I was coming across was enough or correct to help me get going. I was under the assumption that breastfeeding is something that would just happen or come to me naturally but boy am I glad I didn’t end up in the deep end!
I decided to help myself in the best possible way & embarked onto the beautiful breastfeeding programme with Nida. I was amazed at how much information I learnt from each session and felt very ready before my due date.
After giving birth, I was able to breastfeed successfully and my baby initially lost very little amounts of weight (as expected) and then very quickly started thriving! Impletenting the techniques taught to me ensured my baby was well-fed and content and this definately helped us get into good feeding stretches from early on.
I am incredibly grateful to Nida for the coaching and continued support she still provides til date.
As a mother, being able to breastfeed your child and witness them smiling with content and comfort is truly rewarding and empowering.
Thank you for everything!
Alhamdulilah i was 39 weeks pregnant and first time mum when i found out about sister Nida through another account talking about things on breastfeeding, the nipple trauma, the proper latch and the proper breastfeeding position etc.. so i pop up on her dms and ask her about them as i was not even aware about such things and always thought breastfeeding is very easy and never know about these issues .so i ask her about them and then found out that there are a lot to learn about and i was already near to my due date
Then sister nida helped me and inform me about differnt things .she send me the free resource of the 3 golden hours which i didnt know and also told me that she does prenatal sessions but as i was already near to my due date i just ask her more on the sessions and then gave birth after some days later she also send me the free guide on breastfeeding tips amd Alhamdulilah i learnt soo much and able to breastfeed my baby well during the first days
Then nearly about 15 days postpartum i was worried about my milk supply and i thought my baby was not getting enough and also i tried to pump while i was breastfeeding exclusively and i was nor getting enough so i ask her abiut them and learn so many things then i request her for a free call which she accepted without any hesistation and help me out as i was very confused and didnt know breastfeeding would be so many things to learn
Then one night baby was very fussy and refusing to feed i thought she was not getting enough milk that's why she is not doing well. completely confused and stressed and desperate for help i just text her up and ask for her help then she told me to call tomorrow and explain her everything in details which i did the next day . Then the next day she call me and ask me questions and assist me . I thank her alot for her help that day i was really desperate of help as I didn’t know where to go andseek help from then after somedays baby started to be fussy at night time and refused the breast but she does drink formula bottle and was calmed so i thought no maybe my volume is low thats why baby is fussy then i ask sister nida abiut it and help me out to avoid formula and guide me through breasfeeding and till today she is helping me in my journey to exclusively breathing my baby alhamdulilah. I am so grateful to her for accepting to help me out and support me through i
My breastfeeding journey and i thanks her from the bottom of my heart. Also, i request the other mums to learn more aboit breastfeeding to be prepared for any inconvenience and also to be aware about the proper latch. On the sessions personally she helped me to latch properly and also show me the importance of a good position
I’d like to give some feedback on Nida’s services that she provided for me during my pregnancy.
This was my first pregnancy and first baby and as I wanted to breastfeed I wanted to learn more about how to do it optimally for myself and my baby. Nida and the Thompson’s Method approach really helped. Nida was patient, experienced and adapted to my needs during the 4 week course and after I had my baby. She was always on hand to help. I would highly recommend this course with Nida, even if you have had children before because it’s invaluable
Alhamdulilah i found about nida on instagram when i was already nine months and didnt know that there are those stuffs about breasfeeding too .correct posture position and good latch etcc .i thanks nida wholeheartedly for helping me out at last minute and send me these videos which help me in my first days breastfeeding my baby .thank you so muchh may Allah bless you xx
Im super grateful for having found Nida on my breastfeeding journey. She has been an angel. Since the day we start the process, she has been present 24/7. Putting all her love in her job. I could text her everyday, no matter the time, and she would be there for me, ready to give me more tips to improve my breastfeeding. I could feel her generosity and passion for what she does. Thanks to her I feel more confident about breastfeeding and I could overcome one of the most difficult challenges of my life! After more than one month of pain and suffering, I can say that now I I start enjoying breastfeeding. Thank you Nida, I will always appreciate you.
Nida took her time, showed interest and was very helpful with her advice on how to hold the baby and regulate my milk supply. She was definitely empowering me on my most insecure moments. I recommend her to everyone!
It was very helpful session she guided me to the right pathway Im very thankful ____
Oh wow where do I start? I'm so so glad I was recommended this course and so blessed I got to do it with the sweetest soul Nida! I am going to become a first time mother, I didn't have much knowledge on breastfeeding and labour, this course shown to me through Nida has given me so much knowledge and she has made me feel so calm and empowered going forward into this journey. I couldn't have done it without her! I highly recommend this amazing course to everyone, it has helped me millions! Thank you so much Nida __
Where do I start!? My confidence had been knocked from my first pregnancy and being coaxed into topping up with formula which i carried into my subsequent 2 pregnancies. Nida really helped me to relax into my body and trust our journey how ever that turned out to look. I am eternally grateful. I now have a 4.8kg 8 week old. I have roughly followed the thompson method to what felt right to my unique journey. I mostly feed on one breast which slightly complicates things, but i have found what works for us, all thanks to Nida, AND a massage, ladies please get postpartum massages too! Nida has such a warm and genuinely loving energy, you wont regret investing in yourself. I only wish that i had invested prior to giving birth rather than urgently needing to afterwards. Whether first time or not Im sure you learn valuable information from the Thompson method and Nida!
I was blessed to work with Nida on a 1 on 1 over zoom! She was very sweet and calm __ she gave me a lot of pointers to help with nursing my baby while dealing with nipple trauma.
I knew Nida through work even before I was expecting and was really intrigued to know more when I heard she offered support and advice for expecting mums. As this was my first pregnancy I appreciated all the information I could get before baby arrived and found the material Nida talked through really helpful. I didn't really have much knowledge of breastfeeding though I did know that was the way I ideally wanted to feed my baby so enrolling on the course was a great help in learning in how I could best do so. I've been exclusively breastfeeding my baby since he was born for just over 12 weeks now, learning about the Thompson method through Nida has definitely helped during my breastfeeding journey. I would highly recommend both to all expectant mothers, especially first time mums who don't know what to expect once baby arrives
Nida was amazing at delivering this course to myself and has helped me immensely during my breastfeeding journey as a first time mother. I had little to no knowledge on the labour process and breastfeeding at the beginning of my pregnancy and the knowledge I have learnt from Nida has been so beneficial and has definitely made this process feel less overwhelming. Having a child is a life changing event and by enrolling on to this course it will equip you for every stage of the birth and breastfeeding process - I would definitely recommend!
Having been forced to bottle feed my baby due to my health Nida provided exceptional support in getting me back on track with my breastfeeding goals. Not only that but she fully supported my decision to combination feed and provided my with the guidance and information required to maintain this.
