Cancellation Policy
Private sessions can be rescheduled once without any additional charges. If the same session is rescheduled for a second time £20 rescheduling fee will be applicable. If a group session is missed, we may add you to another group session, this is dependent on availability. This cancellation policy is reviewed from case to case and can be excused after reviewing clients' circumstances.
